| Description: | Client Care Manager required for a Kildare Based Role The ideal candidate will have come from a nursing background and have strong commercial experience and acumen Duties:
· Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients; · Assisting with client and staffing issues,; · Mentor, coach and lead a team of carers; · Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to; · Be compliant with internal operational audit procedure; · Development and maintenance of key client relationships; · Development and implementation area marketing plans; · Prepare and present status reports and presentations as needed; · Manage area billing and accounts receivable; · Carry out Client and Caregiver regular assessments; · Assisting with caregiver recruitment and scheduling where required; · participating in the development and marketing of the company; · communicating client and caregiver concerns or problems with directors or other staff members as appropriate; · Managing, motivating their own office coordinators and schedulers; · Ensuring all shifts are covered and adequate relief care available; · Ensure daily meetings with coordinators take place; · ad hoc duties as required;

salary is 40k plus 5k bonus potential and a petrol card |
