Billing Operations Analyst Dublin

Duration: ASAP, initial 11 months contract role
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Our Global Clients team is seeking an experienced professional to join the Billing Operations Team based in Dublin, Ireland. The primary responsibility of the Analyst is to support progress in Billing Operations areas by leading and delivering short – Medium sized projects.

The successful candidate must be a driven, high energy, customer service focused individual who builds relationships and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver these projects.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst, or Project Manager with solid contributions in a finance environment, is focused on results, a self-starter, and has demonstrated success in contributing to the growth and success of a business. They will be expected to problem solve, recommend solutions and exercise good business judgment while performing their function.

The successful candidate will support the Global Operations Manager to deliver projects listed in the below area:

Billing Operations
Design and define channels for managing billing escalations for internal stakeholders and for Vendor Teams. Establish strong KPI to monitor this process as well.
Streamline and scale portal invoicing process by establishing onboarding process, Policies & Guidelines for Vendor teams and Internal Sales Partners.
Build Billing Internal knowledge Library for Internal Stakeholders from Sales and Other Rev Ops areas.
Build a robust Root Cause Analysis using CAPA methodology.
Help develop Billing Policies and guidelines for our Vendor operations team and support the
Risk & Controls team in implementation on Risk Mitigation activities.
Partner with Data Analytics & Reporting team to develop dashboards for running the business.

Skills set
5+ years of Experience in OTC Operations in Advertisement
2+ years of experience project management.
Demonstrate strong skills in analysing data, building reporting and problem solving in a fast
paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with Customers, Sales, Engineers and leadership.
A team player who is adept at working as part of a larger team located in varied locations
Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
