Support Technician

Our client is a software company based in Dublin. They are looking for a Support Technician to provide support to their customers.

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author
  • Provide in depth Root Cause Analysis to the helpdesk manager for all issues resolved
  • Assist is evaluating new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk
  • Additional projects as required such as preparing system and user documentation testing

Requirements

  • 2-3 years Helpdesk Support Experience
  • Customer Service
  • Time Management
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Knowledge of .Net development in C# & SQL
