Product Specialist Dublin, Ireland
The EMEA GTM team leads product and commercialization strategy for performance-driven advertisers. including Go-to-Market efforts for Search products, work closely with Global Product Leads and Product teams, as well as Sales across channels and regions.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers as well as internal sales teams and respond to incoming questions/escalations.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to resolve technical product and customer issue
- Proactively monitor and improve client campaign performance
- Directly contribute to the development and improvement of the product and sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an online advertising working with external partners/customers with strong written and oral business communication skill
- Experience in using Ads, Shopping Ads and Merchant Center
- Customer facing experience of a technical nature
Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications
- Being extremely proactive, organized, responsible
- Experience pulling data and providing insights from data
