Working within the GSRS team, the program coordinator plays a critical role in the development of the Business Operations Support Services (BOSS) team which offers end-to-end outsourcing support for vendor managers. The coordinator must: be detail-oriented, be a strong verbal and written communicator, take initiative and understand business needs without explicit instruction, work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple partners, work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be able to take on a variety of projects as they arise, and be able to manage/juggle several deliverables at a time and adjust to unique situations when required.

Organization and project management skills are critical. Experience with outsourcing or vendor operations programs specifically would be a plus; especially around procurement, supplier selection, performance management and contracting.


  • Organize, prepare for, and run cross-functional meetings; identify action items and initiate next steps with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain program guides and training resources, which include but are not limited to internal process documentation guides and end user guides.
  • Assist in project management for various initiatives, including communication and training to GSRS.
  • Coordinate meetings and draft communications; support development of presentation decks or other project resources
  • Act as first line of support with our internal clients; understand business needs and ensure completion of next steps
  • Maintain all resources such as contract and performance review templates, team site and other program documentation
  • Create and maintain all program documentation for team growth and support onboarding of vendor team / additional temporary personnel as needed
  • Vendor Operations Specifics o Support supplier selection (RFP) process with Procurement; create GSRS templates and engage with internal clients o Schedule Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs); review decks provided by our vendor partners and share feedback o Audit our operational support program by reviewing closed issues, flagging areas for improvement and sharing program innovation suggestions o Review and compile program metrics such as tickets and volume forecasts Skill/Experience/Education


  • Experience with program development & project management
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and as part of a team.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail is a must.
  • Experience with Drive, Docs, Sheets, Sites, etc.


  • Background in vendor management or outsourcing, procurement, supplier selection and etc.
  • Security service industry experience is a plus.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
